By uploading photos, designs and/or images (henceforth all referred to simply as designs) onto the Opiqo website, you are agreeing to these terms of use wholly and in addition to agreeing to the standard website terms of use detailed here.

Uploading designs onto the Opiqo website makes no changes and applies no conditions to the existing copyright of those designs as defined by Australian and international copyright law. By uploading a photo, you assert that:

You are the copyright holder of the design or that you are legally licensed to use the design for this purpose by the copyright holder.
The design does not infringe any persons or entities rights or contravene any laws or regulations.
The design does not contain any trademarks or images of people used in a way which the trademark owner or person shown would not endorse.
The design does not contain material which is pornographic, obscene, defamatory, indecent, or offensive.
The design does not discriminate against or promote discrimination of any protected attribute, including, but not limited to, religion, gender, race, nationality, and ability.
Opiqo reserves the right to ask for evidence that you have the right to reproduce the design.

Opiqo reserves the right to decline to manufacture any sticker product which contravenes these terms or which Opiqo believes contravenes the intent of these terms. However, Opiqo does not, and cannot, review every design which is uploaded and as such also reserves the right to pursue further actions if a manufactured design is found to be in breach of these terms.

Opiqo always respects the intellectual property of copyright owners of designs and we ask our customers to do the same. Opiqo will not be responsible for any copyright infringement by the customer. If we receive a complaint alleging that you have infringed copyright, we may refer the complaint to you for resolution. It will then be your responsibility to resolve any such complaint.

Design Quality
You are responsible for the quality of the designs you upload. Opiqo prints directly from customer-supplied files and is not responsible for pixelation, blurriness, or artifacting caused by low-resolution uploads.

Proofing & Colour Reproduction
Where a digital proof is issued, production will not commence until you provide written or digital approval. Approval of a proof signifies that you have verified all cutlines, dimensions, text, and layout details. Colour reproduction may vary slightly from your digital screen display due to differences in RGB screen illumination and CMYK physical printing processes.

While most wall stickers and wall decorations are made from vinyl, Opiqo wall stickers and decals are made from a fine-weave fabric that doesn't stretch.

Before applying the wall stickers you should make sure your surface is clean and not dusty. For freshly painted walls you should allow a three week drying period. To transform that boring blank wall start by designing your layout (don't stress too much – our wall stickers are removable and repositionable).

Next, carefully peel the wall stickers off the backing paper and stick onto the wall. Gently rub over the surface of the wall sticker with a soft cloth or with the back of your hand from the centre outwards pushing out any air bubbles. All done. Blank wall cured!

Warning: Opiqo wall stickers are designed for decoration only and not to be considered as toys. Make sure you apply them out of the reach of children under 3 years of age, especially children in a cot, crib or bed, to avoid a possible choking hazard.

To remove, carefully lift a corner and whilst folding the sticker back on itself slowly peel off. Our wall stickers shouldn't damage your wall, but it's important to be careful when removing in case the wall has been poorly prepared before painting. If you are concerned, or if the wall offers resistance, heat with a hairdryer while removing. The backing paper is a good place to store stickers.

Opiqo wall stickers and wall decals will stick to most clean flat surfaces and even some textured surfaces. Before applying the wall stickers you should make sure your surface is clean and not dusty.

We recommend that you allow a three week drying period before applying your Wall Stickers.
